All Qwetch containers are manufactured in China in factories selected for their quality and social commitment and managed directly by the Qwetch team.
Product care recommended by Qwetch:
- Do not put in the dishwasher, microwave oven, conventional oven or freezer
- Clean before each use
- Clean with hot soapy water and/or baking soda. Use a non-abrasive surface
- Dry upside down
- Store with container open
- Caution, hot liquids or food can burn: use the product with care
- Do not exceed the filling capacity. Fill up to below the screw thread
- To prevent splashing and leakage, close the cap/lid properly and completely to ensure a tight seal. Transport in an upright position is recommended
- Friction, shocks/drops, etc... can damage the product

For Metropolitan France and Switzerland, delivery takes place between 4 to 6 working days, upon receipt of order. We use Colissimo tracking, delivered with signature to home or pickup relays for France and La Poste Suisse to home for Switzerland,
For deliveries outside France and Switzerland (internationally), the standard shipping method is Colissimo tracking, delivered with signature to home,
You have fourteen (14) calendar days to change your mind from the receipt of your package to return the item(s) that do not suit you. For all orders in Metropolitan France, Switzerland and abroad, returns are the responsibility of the customer.
