Shipping method and delivery time

Rive Claire delivers in France, Switzerland and internationally.

The delivery is offered at home or at a Point Relais in metropolitan France and Switzerland with no minimum purchase.

For Metropolitan France and Switzerland, delivery is made within 4 to 6 working days upon receipt of order. We use Colissimo delivered at home with tracking and signature and Point Relais for France and the Swiss Post for Switzerland.

For deliveries outside France and Switzerland (internationally), the standard shipping method is Colissimo delivered at home with tracking and signature. The shipping costs will be indicated in your basket before the completion of your purchase.

Returns - satisfied or refunded

You have fourteen (14) calendar days to change your mind from the receipt of your package to return the item(s) that do not suit you. For all orders in France, Switzerland and abroad, returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned in new condition, and in their original packaging (pouch/dust bag and labels included). We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product is not returned within a reasonable period of time or if its condition at the time of return is not the same as that of the original delivery.

Refunds will be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the return was received by our warehouse if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met. The refund will be made to the credit card used for payment.

Shipping costs are at the expense of our customers. However, we will reimburse the costs if the product has a proven defect.

Return procedure

For returns, we have set up a facilitated procedure. Please have your order number ready (see your order confirmation) and follow the link HERE. You will be able to indicate the reasons for your return and print your return label very easily. All additional information can be found by following the link above.


We exchange items only if they have a verified manufacturing defect. In this case, please contact our customer service at Please attach one or more photos showing the defect(s). Our customer service will process your request as soon as possible.
